Animal Hospital Flooring System

This 8,000 sq ft animal hospital required a durable, sanitary flooring system capable of handling constant foot traffic, rolling equipment, routine washdowns, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. The client reached out to us for a solution that prioritized cleanliness, safety, and long-term performance in a demanding healthcare environment.

We designed and installed a custom resin flooring system using Resinwerks™ products to meet their specific needs, completing the project in just 5 days to minimize disruption to daily operations. The system included Levelguard Epoxyas the base coat, vinyl flake for added texture and durability, Kinetic HS as a grout coat, and an HDC 100 high-wear topcoat engineered for high foot-traffic environments. To complete the system, we installed a cove resin base along the walls, creating a seamless transition that improves sanitation and makes cleaning more efficient.

The finished floor delivers a seamless, slip-resistant, and easy-to-maintain surface designed to support hygiene standards while performing reliably under daily operational demands.
