This two-car garage floor had extensive cracking throughout the concrete, with several large cracks running across multiple areas of the garage. Before installing a coating system, the damaged concrete needed to be properly repaired and stabilized.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the entire floor to expose clean concrete and create the proper surface profile. The cracks were opened, cleaned, and repaired using high-performance concrete repair materials, then ground flush with the surrounding surface to create a uniform substrate.

Once the repairs and preparation were complete, we installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat – Provides excellent adhesion, durability, and a strong foundation for the flooring system.
• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Provides full coverage and texture while creating a consistent appearance across the extensively repaired concrete.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

The finished floor makes it hard to believe how much cracking existed underneath. What started as a heavily cracked and worn concrete floor was transformed into a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain garage surface built for years of everyday use.
