This two-car garage had several cracks throughout the concrete that required repair before the new flooring system could be installed.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the entire floor to properly profile the concrete and prepare it for maximum adhesion. The existing cracks were opened, cleaned, and repaired before being ground flush with the surrounding surface.

Once preparation was complete, we installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Briar Vinyl Flake Broadcast – A stone-inspired blend featuring warm, natural tones that complement the home’s white brick, dark accents, and surrounding exterior finishes.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

The Briar flake blend was an excellent choice for this home, giving the garage a more natural, upscale appearance while tying the finished floor into the overall look of the property.
