This oversized residential garage received a complete transformation, taking the space from bare concrete to a clean, professionally finished garage built for everyday use.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the entire concrete surface to create the proper profile for maximum adhesion. Any cracks and surface imperfections were addressed during preparation before the coating system was installed.

For a more complete finished appearance, we also coated the exposed vertical concrete around the perimeter and garage door openings, carrying the flake system beyond the main floor.

The garage received our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Provides full coverage, texture, and a consistent decorative finish throughout the entire garage.

The difference is in the details. By continuing the system onto the vertical concrete and around the garage door openings, the finished coating looks intentional and complete rather than simply stopping at the edge of the floor.
