Heavy-Duty Garage Floor Restoration

This garage required far more than a standard coating installation. The existing concrete had an old coating that needed to be completely removed, along with extensive cracking and deterioration throughout the slab.

We mechanically ground the entire surface, repaired the damaged concrete and cracks, and installed a LevelGuard epoxy system to provide a strong foundation before applying the decorative coating. We also installed resin cove along the perimeter and coated the wood stairs, creating a continuous, finished system throughout the garage.

The complete 4-layer flooring system included:

• Kinetic HS Pigmented Base Coat
• Full Vinyl Flake Broadcast
• Kinetic HS Clear Grout Coat
• HDC-100 Protective Topcoat

This was a two-day installation, utilizing the same type of multi-layer resin system we use in demanding commercial environments—adapted here for a residential garage.

The finished floor completely transformed the space while providing a durable, seamless, chemical-resistant surface designed for long-term performance.
