This two-car garage received a complete flooring upgrade, including not only the main garage floor but also the exposed vertical concrete around the perimeter of the space.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the concrete to create the proper surface profile for maximum adhesion. The vertical concrete was also carefully prepared so the coating system could be continued from the floor up the perimeter walls.

Once preparation was complete, we installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat – Provides excellent adhesion, durability, and fast cure times.
• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Provides full coverage, texture, and a consistent decorative finish across both the floor and vertical concrete.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

Coating the vertical concrete gives the garage a much more complete and intentional appearance. Instead of leaving unfinished concrete around the perimeter, the flake system continues upward for a clean, seamless transition from the floor to the walls.

The finished result is a durable, easy-to-maintain two-car garage with a polished appearance that goes beyond simply coating the floor.
