Garage Floor in Prospect, KY

This 1,000 sq. ft. residential garage featured a large open floor plan that needed a finished surface capable of handling vehicle traffic while complementing the clean, high-end appearance of the space.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the entire 1,000 sq. ft. floor to properly profile the concrete and create the foundation for long-term adhesion. Any necessary cracks and surface imperfections were addressed before installation.

Once preparation was complete, we installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat – Provides excellent adhesion, durability, and fast cure times.
• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Provides full coverage while adding texture, visual depth, and a consistent finish throughout the large space.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

The finished floor transformed more than 1,000 square feet of bare concrete into a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface, giving this oversized garage a clean, finished appearance that matches the quality of the rest of the home.
