Garage Floor in Mount Washington, KY

This two-car garage floor required extensive concrete restoration before a coating system could even be installed. Years of deterioration had left areas of the floor severely spalled and broken away, with exposed aggregate and significant damage along the garage entrance.

Rather than simply coating over the damage, we removed all loose and deteriorated concrete and mechanically prepared the entire floor. The most heavily damaged areas were cut, cleaned, and rebuilt with high-performance repair materials, restoring the surface and creating a solid foundation for the new flooring system.

Once the concrete repairs were completed and ground flush, we installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat – Provides excellent adhesion and creates a durable foundation for the system.
• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Provides full coverage, texture, and a consistent appearance across the restored concrete.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

The result was a complete transformation from severely deteriorated concrete to a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain garage floor.
