This residential garage in Norton Commons received a complete flooring upgrade, transforming the bare concrete into a clean, finished space that complements the quality and character of the home.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the entire floor to properly profile the concrete and ensure maximum adhesion. Any necessary cracks and surface imperfections were addressed before installation.

For a more complete, built-in appearance, we also coated the concrete perimeter and steps leading into the home, carrying the same flake system across the horizontal and vertical surfaces.

The garage received our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Provides full coverage, texture, and a consistent decorative finish throughout the space.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

The finished floor provides a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface, while coating the steps and perimeter gives the entire garage a polished, cohesive appearance rather than stopping the system at the floor.
