Garage Floor in Prospect, KY

This large residential garage floor was completed in the Nevel Meade Golf Community in Prospect, Kentucky, giving the space a clean, finished appearance while providing the durability needed for everyday garage use.

We began by mechanically preparing the concrete to create the proper surface profile for maximum adhesion and long-term performance. Once prepared, we installed a three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system designed to withstand vehicle traffic, spills, abrasion, and everyday wear.

The flooring system consisted of:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat – Provides excellent adhesion, durability, and fast cure times.
• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Adds texture and visual depth while helping conceal dirt and everyday wear.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system while providing excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, stains, and vehicle traffic.

The finished floor provides a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface that complements the high-end home and gives the garage a clean, professional finish built for long-term performance.
