Garage Floor in Rineyville, KY

This 2½-car garage received more than just a new floor. The homeowner wanted a clean, completely finished appearance, so we carried the coating system beyond the main slab and onto the concrete steps and vertical foundation wallsthroughout the garage.

We began by mechanically diamond grinding the concrete to remove contaminants and properly profile the surface for maximum adhesion. We then installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake system:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat
• Full Vinyl Flake Broadcast
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat

The same system was applied to the steps, risers, and exposed vertical concrete around the perimeter, eliminating the unfinished concrete that can take away from an otherwise beautiful garage floor.

The finished result is a seamless, wall-to-wall transformation with a durable, easy-to-clean surface and a much more polished appearance. Coating the verticals and steps is an extra detail, but on a project like this, it makes all the difference.
