3-Car Garage Floor

This three-car garage floor had significant surface pitting along with failing relief cuts that required repair before the new flooring system could be installed.

After mechanically preparing the concrete, we repaired the damaged areas and failing relief cuts using Kinetic Patch, a high-performance repair material that cures in approximately 15 minutes. This allowed us to restore the damaged concrete and continue the installation without lengthy delays.

Once the repairs were complete, we installed our three-layer polyaspartic flake flooring system:

• Polyaspartic Tinted Base Coat – Provides excellent adhesion, durability, and fast cure times.
• Vinyl Flake Broadcast – Creates a uniform appearance while adding texture and helping conceal minor surface imperfections.
• Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat – Seals and protects the system against vehicle traffic, abrasion, chemicals, stains, and everyday wear.

The finished floor transformed the pitted and damaged concrete into a clean, seamless, and durable garage surface. Proper concrete repair and preparation made it possible to give this three-car garage a completely renewed appearance while providing a flooring system built for long-term performance.
